Heaters prevent pipes, tubing, instrumentation, and fluids from freezing and protect equipment from the effects of condensation and extreme cold. They are also used extensively in manufacturing and process control. Heaters come in several styles, including air heaters, flexible heaters, cartridge and band heaters, immersion heaters, and clamp-style heaters. These products attach to, or near, your equipment to maintain ideal operating temperatures.

Immersion and cartridge/insertion heaters are designed for direct submersion in solvents, oil, water, and other process fluids, or placement in vessels, molds, and manufacturing equipment. These heating elements help maintain uniform temperatures through radiant or contact surface heating.
