Bindicator’s Flo-Guard™ is a stable and reliable Broken Bag Detector and a Flow/No-Flow Switch for dry, powdered, and granular materials. The Flo-Guard uses a floating alarm point reference and a digital triboelectric microcontroller to eliminate instability common in other flow switches.

Key Features:

  • Broken Bag Detection: Detects leaks or ruptures in bags or filters, preventing the release of dust into the environment.  
  • Flow/No-Flow Monitoring: Monitors the flow of material and can trigger alarms or shut down processes in case of flow interruptions.  
  • High Sensitivity: Senses dust levels as low as 0.00028 grams/ft³.  
  • Durable Construction:
    • NEMA 4X enclosure for protection against harsh environments.  
    • Wide operating temperature range (-40° to 180°F).  
  • Versatile Output Options:
    • DPDT relay output for controlling external devices.
